Let's Go Fly A Kite

The other day when we had our friends over they brought an Easter bag for Dawson. In the bag was a kite, a book block that has 12 bunny board books in it and a kaleidoscope. So yesterday we decided to take Dawson across the street to the park and fly the kite. It was a lot of fun. Dawson loved chasing after the kite and he kept calling it a bird and a balloon. It was funny.

Have I mentioned that I really LOVE living right across the street from a park? What? A million times already? Oops, sorry, but I really do love it! Dawson loves it too. He was not a happy camper when we decided to go back inside. He was crying and pointing out the window and kept saying "bye-bye."

Luckily Dada knows how to cheer him up. :)
