Our Lucky Day

Since I started my Momma's Playground blog a few months ago I have entered a lot of giveaways that other blogs were hosting. Most of the giveaways that I enter are by bloggers who were given the item for free to review and of course post about in there blog, and then they are also given an extra one to giveaway to their readers. I've probably entered close to 50 giveaways and the other day I won 2 of them!!!

The one that I am most excited about is the Evenflo Triumph Advance convertible carseat!




Dave and I were just talking about buying another carseat when he gets home so we will have one in both cars just in case it's ever needed. We will still use our Britax carseat in the car that we will primarly drive in as a family and we will put the Evenflo seat in the other car. This seat will work perfectly because like the Britax, it will rear face up to 35 pounds which was one of my top priorites when we were shopping for his convertiable seat close to a year ago. (At 14 months old and close to 24 pounds he is still rear facing because it is so much safer than forward facing if we were to get in an accident)

And I also won this reversible meat tenderizer:


I don't think I'll be able to use it until Dave gets home because I don't do a lot of cooking right now, but I know we'll get plenty of use from it soon.

And then Dave sent me an email telling me that he won a PS3!
I guess they had prizes that they were giving out to the Fantasy Football winners and this is what he got.

Too bad they don't have the lottery in Utah because I totally wanted to buy a ticket that day!
