Fun Day at the Beach!

We had an awesome day at the beach today. :-) There was a small amusement park just off the beach...I took a ton of pictures so I'll just go ahead and get started with those!

Our first stop was the merry-go-round. Dawson loved it!

For most of the ride he was looking out at everything that we were passing, it was tough to get him to look at me for a picture!

Then we made our way down to the beach...

Dawson loved watching the waves and digging his toes into the sand.

We got a couple people to take some cute family pictures of us. :-)


We had such a good time, I can't wait to go back! This was our first time at this beach and it is definitely our new favorite! We love it!

There was a couple wave pools where you can try out your surfing skills...I'd like to see Dave do it one day. :-P We watched a few guys try it and I think they all fell within a few seconds. *lol*

This isn't the best picture since we were behind a fence but if you click on the picture to enlarge it, you should be able to see it better. It's a picture of one of the guys that was trying to surf, luckily he stayed up just long enough for me to snap a picture!


I loved the look of this Beach Treat hut and the ice cream looked so good!

Here is the picture of the roller coaster...I took the picture from the parking lot, I wish I would have taken it a little closer so you could see it better but oh well. I'm sure you all know what a roller coaster looks like anyway. *lol*

These last pictures are of the park that is right across the street from the beach. It's so pretty! I look forward to having picnics there, for sure!
