Dinner With Daddy

Last night Dawson and I met Dave on base for dinner. In order to get to the base we have to drive across this long bridge and it scares me! Usually driving across when I am going to the base is ok because they have 3 lanes open. But driving across it when we are going home is scary because they only have 2 lanes open! I feel like I don't have any room! I admit that I have gotten a lot better, though. When we first moved here, I wouldn't even drive across the bridge! I was ok as a passenger but didn't dare to drive myself. Now I usually drive across it about once a week to meet Dave, so hopefully soon I will start to think of it as any other 2 lane road and wont get so nervous as I drive across it!

We met at a pizza parlor and it was really good! Really greasy, but good. *lol* I also loved the high chairs that they had there! I think every restaurant should have high chairs like this!




He was able to sit up perfectly without us having to stuff blankets around him.

It was fun, we like meeting Dave for dinner when he has to work over night.

We are thinking about going to a Padres vs. Rockies game at the beginning of May. Dawson likes being outside so we figure he'd like it as much as we would. I was looking around online yesterday for a Rockies t-shirt for Dawson and I came across this...


I love it! I can't decide whether we should put "Dawson" or "Harrison" on the back. And as for the number, my first thought was 12, of course! I think everybody knows how obsessed I am with that number but after thinking about it a little more, I am going to ask if they will put 08 on it instead. (The year Dawson was born, in case you didn't catch that. :-P)

Anyway, what do you guys think? Should it say Dawson or Harrison?
