Our Tiny Dancer

Our baby girl had her first dance class today. It's a half hour class and there is a half hour tumbling class right after it. While I was filling out the paperwork to get her signed up for dance classes we decided to let her try the tumbling class, too. She LOVED both classes and it was only $10 more to sign her up for tumbling so we decided to go for it. Dave and I were both surprised at how well she was listening to the teachers and paying attention. She did wander off a few times but she's two, that's expected. :) She definitely has a much longer attention span than Dawson did at her age. She's a lot more mellow, too.

I couldn't get very good pictures because there are no windows in the dance rooms, I took a couple of pictures through the door before the closed it though. They do have cameras in the dance rooms and a big screen TV in the waiting area so we could watch how she was doing without her being able to see us.

Our baby girl is growing up! 

 

I'm excited for her to go every week. She really loves to dance and I know she had a lot of fun in her classes today and I'm sure it will only get more fun for her as she keeps going.

T-ball starts at the end of April so we've got to get Dawson signed up soon! We gave him the option of playing soccer or t-ball and he chose t-ball. I was happy that he did because he seemed to get into that more than he did soccer. And now that he's a little older I think he'll get into it even more!
