Baking with Mommy

 A couple of weeks ago Dave's mom made and sent Ashlynn this ADORABLE Snow White apron! We put it to good use today! Dawson and Ashlynn helped me bake some sugar cookies!

 

Here are the cookies that the kids decorated. Ashlynn did the two on the top (with help from daddy) and Dawson did the bottom two.

Here are the ones I made. It was my first time decorating with royal icing, I didn't do anything fancy with them but I love how they turned out! And they taste SO yummy! I'm definitely going to have to make some more soon, you know, so I can practice getting better decorating with royal icing.
