Dancing and Ashlynn's New Bed!

I was able to get video of Ashlynn doing her dance that I talked about last night. When she did it last night it lasted about a minute because she kept doing it over and over. Right arm, left arm, arms above the head, shake. Right arm, left arm, arms above the head, shake. Etc. I'm starting to think that this is definitely something that she learned in dance class (I'm going to ask on Wednesday to find out for sure) because as I was doing it with her today she walked over to me and grabbed onto my arms and "helped" me put them above my head, like she was "teaching" me how to do it. I'm assuming like her dance teacher taught her how to do it. Who would have thought that after once class she'd be such a pro?! ;)

Isn't it so cute?! I love it.

I did get some pictures of her bed today, too! In fact I snuck into her room during nap time and got a picture of her sleeping in it. ♥ She went down pretty easily for nap AND I've only had to go in there once tonight. I put her to bed about an hour ago and I can still hear her talking but that's not unusual at all for her to stay up and play with the stuffed animals in her bed for awhile.

My sleeping beauty.

The bed is Dawson's old toddler bed that we painted white to match Ashlynn's other furniture. Here is a picture of Dawson sleeping in it for the first time during nap time too!

Here are some before and after pictures of her room, too! I won't post too many because I just posted pictures of her room not too long ago and besides the bed it looks pretty much the same.

Her room with her crib...

And now with her big girl bed!

We have some princess wall stickers that we are waiting to put up until after we move.  I really like how her room has come together.

Yesterday I posted how Dawson was having trouble with the word "a" (uh) and I am happy to report that when we did his reading lesson today he read "a man sat on a ram. That ram can not see." Perfectly!! I didn't even need to remind him to say "uh" he got it right all on his own. I'm so proud of my little man!!!

Very cute! The colors and furniture are perfect! The video wouldn't load up for me but it's probably Windows itself that caused that.

It wasn't Windows that wouldn't allow the video. When I refreshed the page it said that it was either removed from Facebook or your privacy settings there. Oh well, I know your little princess loves her dancing!!!
