Before the derby started there was a big monster truck that was giving rides to people around the arena. Dave and Dawson went for a ride and loved it!

And here is a picture that I got from the bull riding. I wish I would have gotten a picture of our group! There were a lot of us there! I got 10 tickets from my work so me, Dave, Dawson, Ashlynn (she didn't need a ticket), mom, dad, Brandee, Hailee, Drea, Bronson, and his girlfriend, Mishea used those tickets and then my grandma, aunt Stephanie, and cousins Darby, Isaac, and Chad bought tickets next to us. It was a lot of fun! Way more fun than the derby, I thought. Dawson definitely got more into the derby, he didn't watch too much of the bull riding, he was busy running around on the bleachers. I'm pretty sure Ashlynn watched more than he did. She was really good by the way. :)

Those events are always a lot of fun for the kids. My oldest son has competed in the monster truck type of things, he even appeared at a local arena during a big event. Mostly he races trucks in off road races. He had a friend who also is a pro bull rider. Once my son got to give bull riding a try at the place that provides the bulls and of course mom gets to watch. My kid does some wild things. Our other son does motocross and road track bike racing. The things they do after baseball and soccer! Our daughter had just gotten into soccer and horses. See what you have to look forward to?
