Dawson went trick-or-treating for the first time tonight! We stopped my dad's house first and went to a few houses in his neighborhood and then we went to my mom's house and went to a few more houses. Dawson was really, really good. When we were with my dad you could tell that Dawson was happy to be outside and would get excited as we would walk to each house. When we went out at my mom's he was just calm and showed no emotion at all. I think it was probably because it was dark outside by that time. We never really go any where at night so he probably didn't know what to think of it.
I couldn't really get any good pictures of Dawson in his costume because he would not sit still! Here are a few that I did get, though.

This house looked so cool! They had a haunted house set up in their garage but it wasn't ready when we stopped by.
Speaking of haunted houses though, the management of my apartments set up a haunted house in the clubhouse last night and me and my mom took Dawson, Hailee and Drea. They let the little kids go first and they made it less scary for them. They all seemed to like it and they got some candy at the end!

Too bad he can't have any of it. I did let him have a couple licks of a sucker, but he isn't trying anything else.

How cute! Dawson is adorable as a little dinosaur. :) I'm going to let Ashlyn have a few licks of a sucker, too. She has had one bite of a Reese's cup before (not the mini kind) and she loved it. She didn't get any more than a bite, though! lol I'm glad you guys had so much fun!
It was perfect weather. It was so much fun. :D Dawson looked so cute!
