The Knot

It's a little after midnight here and I am waiting for Dave to get home. He is still driving home from Denver. Dawson and I flew in to Salt Lake at about 5:00 pm, so Dave and my sisters are quite a few hours behind us. I expect him home within the hour though and then I can finally go to sleep! :-)

In the meantime I have been playing around on the internet. Out of boredom I googled my name (maiden and married name). I was surprised to see that our old wedding page on The Knot showed up! It's been a long time since I have seen this page and I thought it was fun to read what we had written nearly 3 years ago!

I laughed at myself when I read that I wrote that I didn't like watching TV, especially reality TV. I am so addicted to reality TV now, it's pretty much all that I watch...and no, I don't feel any dumber. <--- You'll get that when you read the webpage I am talking about. It was neat to read about how me and Dave met and how he proposed. Not that I had forgotten either one of those things but it's still fun to read about and think back at. Here is the page that I am talking about:

Our Wedding Webpage

Hopefully the link works correctly!

If you'd like, please leave a comment about how you and your husband met and how he proposed. :-) It will be fun to be able to read about different stories.

Awwww, so sweet! Let's see... I guess technically Aaron and I met over the phone! I was living in Cali and my good friend was trying to convince me to move to Virginia where she was living with her boyfriend (they're married now, too!) Well, while trying to convince me (in my head I had already decided to go) she said she knew a really cute, nice guy I'd like and put Aaron on the phone. We hit it off and he even came to the airport with my friend to pick me up. :) When he proposed we pretty much already knew we were going to get married one day. So while I was at work one day and he was off, he made a little scavenger hunt around the house that led to him and the ring. :) Okay, I gotta go and give him a big hug and kiss now. :)
