So, I never finished writing about our trip in August because I somehow managed to lose our memory card that had the pictures on it. I thought for sure I would have found it by now but I have finally realized it's gone for good. We were using two memory cards during that trip and all of our Disney pics were on one of the cards that are still accounted for so that's good! We're missing almost all of our Vegas pictures and whatever else was on that card. I haven't been very good at backing up our pictures lately. You would think that losing a memory card would make me want to backup the other right away... yeah... I should probably do that soon.
Anyway. Our room in Vegas was AWESOME!!! We stayed for 2 nights and had booked a regular $50 room at the Excalibur. But when Dave went to check-in he told them it was my birthday and asked if there was anyway we could upgrade our room for free. And they said yes!!! I waited in the Durango with the kids while Dave got us checked in so I had no idea. We were in a suite on the very top floor. The room was AMAZING!!! It had a wet bar and dining area, a living room and a half bath. And then it had a huge bedroom with a huge bathroom. It was so nice. I took a ton of pictures of the room but they're on the long lost memory card. :(
We went to M&M world which the kids loved, especially Dawson. He got to meet Red M&M and he thought that was the coolest thing! The Excalibur has an arcade downstairs so we hung out there for a few hours and played some games. I really can't remember what else we did... I know we had a pretty good time, though.
I'm going to be going through the memory cards that we do still have and try and get our blog caught back up. :) :) Wish me luck!
