Ok, this is Dawson here. A couple of months ago, I made a post about catching up on everything that has been going on recently. But since then it's gotten way crazier, so I figured I would just post on it before it gets to be a post that is way too long. If I wait any longer it will be too long. SO here is what is happening.
Ok, so we were in quarantine for months starting on March 16th due to the coronavirus. So we had to do school from home. I loved seeing my family more, but I see them a lot and will admit that I really wanted to be at school. We had to do all of our school through Google Classroom. My classmates kept on spamming the chat, and sometimes it would make it hard to find my assignment. We were in quarantine for 2-3 months during school before summer came.
Just before summer started, we went on vacation which made me miss the last week or so of school. We had some fun. Here are some pics. (I forgot to mention where we were going! -lol- It was Yuba!)
That was a fun trip. Papa B came with us, and so did Hailee, Drea, Carson, Becca, and Annie. It was a lot of fun. Guess what? Something else that happened during quarantine... we got 2 kittens! They are brother and sister. The boy is Stanlee (The one with completely white fur) And the girl is Bindi (The one with some white fur along with gray and a little light brown)
The kittens are the cutest! I love them, and so does everyone else. We even set up an Instagram for the kitties called @Bindi.and.Stanlee. Go follow us for cat pics!
Anyway, back to some more updates about this year. Eventually, school started back up again. However, this was going to be a lot different for many reasons. For one, we are wearing masks in school because of the coronavirus. It's still better than online school though. Another reason is because that are neighborhood was getting so filled up that we had to build another school. Me and Ashlynn were placed in the new school. Some of our friends had to stay at our old school, which was sad, but for the most part, everyone that are best friends are still with us. Also, my mom was the P.E. teacher at Oakcrest, but now that we're at the new school my mom is the P.E. teacher there instead.
Over quarantine, I started watching the Jazz games more, and then I got this new basketball video game called NBA2K20. I play it a lot and now I know so many basketball stats/players. I love the Jazz! (John Stockton is the most legendary player in the history of the game, just an FYI. He's so underrated, don't leave a comment about this until you have watched footage) I even mowed lawns to buy the next part of the video game I got, which was NBA2K21. It cost 100$! I had to mow 9 or 10 lawns. And I asked my mom for a dollar 26 times! Lol, just kidding. If you get the reference you get the reference.
